Yumminess (Recipe)

I just cooked some yummy food, based on my brother-in-law’s recipe.

  1. Sauté mixed vegetables. The choice is entirely yours. I used broccoli, cauliflower (I don’t like cauliflower, but it has to be eaten), celery, carrots and two colors of bell pepper.
  2. Add in some canned tuna. I’m sure this could be replaced by tofu, but I don’t like tofu. Plain tuna does the job, but you can also use special flavors (for the record, I used lemon & pepper).
  3. Add pesto. I prefer regular pesto, but today I’m stuck with sundried tomatoes pesto, because I sent my roommate to buy it.
  4. Serve just like that, or with noodles.

Yum yum.
